We’re Now Teaching Birthsmarter Newborn Care Classes in Salt Lake City

We have exciting news for parents in Salt Lake City. Beth Hardy from Heart Tones Birth Services is now teaching in-person Newborn Care classes in Sugarhouse. These classes are part of our partnership with Birthsmarter and are designed to help you feel calm and ready for life with a newborn.

This class meets once for three hours and covers practical skills you can use right away. You’ll learn how to care for your baby in real life, not just read about it. Topics include soothing skills, diapering, feeding basics, safe sleep, bathing, and newborn health. You’ll also talk about how to share the mental load with your partner and how to make decisions that fit your family.

Beth brings her warm, unbiased teaching style to every class. She makes learning about baby care easy and engaging, with time to ask questions and practice skills. This is a great way to build confidence before your baby arrives.

Classes are held at St. John’s Childcare in Sugarhouse and welcome all kinds of families. Book early to save your spot and feel more prepared for those first weeks with your baby.
