Meet Nancy

Hi there, I'm Nancy! I'm a certified postpartum doula and infant massage instructor and I love all things baby! I recently left a 30-year career in Human Resources to follow my passion working with parents and their infants.

As someone who believes strongly in wellbeing, I want to support caregivers as they transition to a new baby in the house by supporting their mental, emotional, and physical health. My experience teaching infant massage further enforces the importance of parents building strong bonds with their baby. 

After raising three (now grown) children of my own, I deeply understands the challenges parents face and I'm looking to ease the struggles of the first year through empowering parents. I graduated with a M.Ed. in Health Promotion and a B.S. in Human Development, both from Vanderbilt University. Outside of doula work you can find me out on the road either running or cycling or on the mountain skiing or hiking. I can't wait to meet you and support you through your postpartum experience!
