birth doula

Alex is a certified labor doula, certified placenta encapsulator and soon to be midwife. Her passion for birth work runs really deep and she is always honored to be welcomed into her client’s birth space. 

As a birth worker, Alex has confidence, trust and respect for the birthing person. She believes in her client’s capabilities in childbirth and actively seeks to facilitate their preferences with comprehensive, individualized perinatal care. She works to equip her clients with the tools and resources to make empowered, informed decisions regarding their care.

Aside from birth work, Alex is a mother of 3 beautiful daughters. She’s a Utah native born and raised but has also lived in Arizona and Nevada. In her free time she can be found with her girlfriend traveling, being foodies, outside near water and getting in all the family time.
